A patch lead is short adapter cable (50cm) enabling connection of an antenna to a wireless modem or mobile phone. One end has an FME Male connector which mates with the FME Female connector found on most cellular antenna cables. The other end has a small (usually push-on) connector to fit a particular model wireless modem or mobile phone with the exception of inductive types for modems and phone without antenna connectors. Therefore selection is based on the model number of the modem or phone. Once you identify the correct patch the description will indicate if it's a connector or inductive type.
